Know your rights to get these four utilities on any petrol pump in the country

If you do not give any of these four features on the petrol pump, you can put a stop on its petrol pump. IOC officer Ramesh Saklani said that

If you have been in trouble and there is a petrol pump around there and if you want to call someone you will not be able to refuse.

A clean washroom facility is provided to the petrol pump if you want to use the washroom. No petrol pump manager can refuse you for this. If it does not, you can cancel the license by going to the Central Public Complaints and Monitoring System.

You also get the facility of 'First Aid' box on petrol pump. According to the rule, all petrol pumps in the country need to have 'First Aid' box. There are all the medicines for relief. If there is a medicine it should not be expired.

The rule is that after patrol the petrol pump, you can also use the machine to check the air in there, for which no one can refuse you.

If you have any complaints regarding petrol pump, you can complain by going to the website http://pgportal.gov.in/, there is no charge for it.
