Letest Big News for Online Shoping

Online Shopping: Don't be tempted by no-cost EMI, cashback or discount, keep this in mind before shopping during the festival season and avoid losses.

Online shoping image

Flipkart's Big Billion Day Sale starts on October 16 and Amazon's Great Indian Festival Sale starts on October 17.

You will be offered no-cost EMI when you purchase items from Flipkart and Amazon Sale

The festival season is about to begin and online shopping websites Flipkart and Amazon are bringing sales in view of it. Flipkart's Big Billion Day Sale is starting on October 16 and Amazon's Great Indian Festival Sale is starting on October 17. There are many offers like bumper discount and no cost EMI. If you are also planning to do online shopping this Diwali then it is necessary to pay careful attention to so many things including discount and no cost EMI before you can get the right item at the right price.

No cost EMI

You will get No Cost EMI facility when you buy the item from Flipkart and Amazon Sale. But when you shop with no-cost EMI without thinking, you may have to pay more than the price of the item. Caution is required when shopping under no-cost EMI. An NBFC executive said on condition of anonymity that at no cost EMI, you have to buy the product at full price. It also carries an interest rate of up to 15 per cent.

The way to sell more is to use a no-cost EMI

No Cost EMI is a recipe for selling more items. Don't rush to buy anything by looking at No Cost EMI, think calmly and read about it first. The discount given by the bank is withdrawn as interest. No-cost EMI schemes generally work in 3 ways. The first way is that you have to buy the product at full price at no cost EMI. In it, companies offer discounts to customers as bank interest. The second way is that the company already includes the amount of interest in the price of the product. The third way is that no-cost EMI is used for the sale of a company's goods even when it is not sold.

Be careful when buying goods at ‘no-cost EMI’

If you buy any goods at no-cost EMI, first find out the price of that item in another e-commerce site or offline stores. Also read the Terms of Service carefully on No-Cost EMI Email. This is because rupee is often charged in the name of EMI or process fees.

Discount

Websites companies claim to offer 80% discount on online shopping at Festival Sale, but these discounts are only offered on certain products. There aren’t that many discounts on the rest of the items. It should be properly checked before buying a high discount item.

Investigation required

Before you get caught up in the lure of more discounts, check to see if the item is right. If you plan to buy something, pay attention to its price. Also compare prices on other websites before buying the product.

Cashback

This is one of the most popular methods used by online shopping websites to attract buyers. The name itself implies that under cashback the buyer gets back a small portion of the price of the product or a fixed amount. For example, if you buy a product for Rs. 5,000, you will be reimbursed up to 10% or up to Rs. 500 in cashback.

How much cashback will I get?

The terms and conditions of cashback should be read carefully before buying anything. Cashback offered through online portals usually comes with terms and conditions. The amount of cashback should be checked as it usually comes with a maximum limit. Apart from this, there is also a condition of purchase of minimum purchase amount. For example, this offer can show up to 20% cashback. But there may be a limit of cashback up to Rs.1000. That is, you will not get cashback of more than Rs 1,000.

When will I get cashback?

You should also know when to get cashback. It often takes 3-4 months to give. Also, pay attention to where the cashback will be deposited, will you be able to take it to your bank account or wallet? Because most companies offer cashback in their online wallet. So, you can use that cashback while shopping from the same site.
